A classic duel under the open sky
Mini golf has always been one of the most popular activities at Sandviken Camping, and for good reason. In the summer of 2018, we revamped the entire facility with a brand new 9-hole course that offers varied obstacles and challenges for players of all ages. It takes concentration, a steady hand and perhaps a bit of luck to secure the lowest score and the title of family golf champion.
The course is located in the centre of the area, making it a natural gathering point both on sunny days and warm evenings. We often find that mini-golf is not only popular with families with children, but also serves as an excellent activity for groups of friends on a trip or couples who want a playful break from everyday life. There's something special about the atmosphere when the sound of the golf ball hitting the cup is mixed with laughter and cheers from the neighbouring course.
Simple and accessible for everyone
You don't have to be a professional to have fun on our course. We have clubs in different lengths so that both the smallest children and adults have equipment that fits perfectly. Everything you need to start the game is handed out in our café:
- Equipment: Pick up your club, ball and score sheet in the café.
- The course of the game: Follow the courses from 1 to 9. At the last hole, the balls are collected automatically.
- When can you play? As long as the snow doesn't cover the tracks, you're good to go!
Create great holiday memories together
After a round of miniature golf, it's perfect to stop by the café for an ice cream or a cold drink while going through the day's results. For us at Sandviken, mini-golf is more than just a game; it's an arena for socialising where screens are put away and the focus shifts to the moment. Have fun, and may the best player win!
