With us, you don't need any cards or coins for the sanitary facilities. We include showers, guest kitchens with dishwashers, WiFi and made-up beds in the cabins, so you can completely relax during your stay.

Cancellation policy and terms

In order for us to operate predictably, we have the following rules for changes and cancellations. We recommend all our guests to have valid travel insurance.

  • In/Out: Check out before 12:00. Late check-out is subject to a surcharge.

  • Cancellation: Free cancellation up to 2 days before arrival.

  • Late changes: In the event of cancellation on the same day, the day before, or in the event of a no-show, the full price must be paid.

  • Location: We guarantee space, but assign the exact location upon arrival (we always try to fulfil requests!).

  • In/Out: Check-in from 16:00. Check out before 11:00.

  • Cancellation: Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival.

  • Late changes: In the event of cancellation later than 14 days before arrival, or in the event of a no-show, the full price must be paid.

  • Groups: For orders of multiple units, free cancellation applies up to 4 weeks before arrival.

  • Departure ahead of schedule: In the event of departure before the agreed time has expired, the full price for the original stay must be paid.

  • Illness: Cancellation due to illness is not covered by the campsite; this is the customer's responsibility through their own insurance.

  • Responsibilities: The guest is financially responsible for any damage caused to persons, buildings, furniture or equipment.
